Univeris announces FLEX EMD Winter ’17 Release

January 3, 2017

CRM2 Compliance and new investor access to drive dealing representatives success

Univeris continues to advance its Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) platform with its new quarterly major upgrade. The winter release focuses on the investors and dealing representatives.

First, client reporting is now featured with additional content to meet the fee reporting and personalized rate of return calculations required under NI 31-103. This will not only meet regulations but also deliver a sharp looking report to investors that will represent the dealer’s brand well.

Second, CONNECT 3.0 is now introduced as an investor facing digital access. Dealing representatives can now start to combine high-touch and low-touch interactions with clients. Investors benefit by having secure access to all important documents and contracts. With its responsive design, CONNECT 3.0 can be used on smart phones, tablets and traditional desktops.

“The Winter’17 release also makes all DR’s favorite features easier to use than ever before”, said Emmanuel Gonnet, Vice President of Product Management. “We’ve made use of many new features that make DR’s interactions with their clients and their firms more nimble and automated,” added Gonnet. “All features will continue to benefit the thousands of investors already on the platform and contribute to drive the value of the private capital market.”
